Get Assistance with Community Participation in the Central Coast & Suburbs
Would you like to go for a walk or sit on the beach?
Does the idea of shopping independently excite you?

Our goals is to work guided by you. We will celebrate with you, and be there while you climb the ladder to the most independent, self-sufficient and confident version of you by embracing your abilities and fostering your strengths.
Your support workers will be there to transport you into the community or assist with capacity building by supporting you to navigate the public transport system. They will stay with you whilst out in the community and be there for any mobility needs, personal care, and communication requirements.

We also have a team that is highly trained in behaviour support and can work with your stakeholders to ensure that there is a smooth transition into the community. We can implement and uphold plans made by behaviour practitioners to maintain your safety whilst still partaking in the community and activities that are important to you.
We are there with a smile and a voice of positivity to make sure you can enjoy all parts of life with a familiar face to maximise your enjoyment and quality of life.
