Madi created Isamaezing with a clear purpose: to raise the standard of disability support and bring genuine integrity back into the way care is delivered. With a background in nursing and lived experience that shaped her commitment to safety, trust and quality, Madi remains deeply involved in every aspect of the organisation.
She personally oversees participant onboarding, staff development, training pathways, and team matching, ensuring every individual receives support that is tailored, clinically informed and delivered by capable, well‑supported workers.
Her hands‑on leadership has become the heartbeat of Isamaezing’s culture: a team that cares deeply, shows up consistently and takes pride in making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Madi’s approach reflects the message at the centre of the brand — “We’re Right Here” — present, responsive and right beside participants, every step of the way.
