High-Grade Assistance with Community Nursing in the Central Coast

At Isamaezing Care Services we value and understand that sometimes life throws curve balls that result in the need for support of nursing staff within the community.

Whether it be in your own home or a Supported Independant Living Option,

We have a nursing team that can deliver complex nursing care to your door.
We are currently offering:
Medication Support and Education.
If you are struggling with managing the administration of your medications, or need help with subcutaneous injections, we can come to you and administer these reducing the amount of GP or allied health visits.
Diabetes Management
If you have diabetes and need assistance with monitoring your sugar levels, administering insulin, or general support with other complications resulting from diabetes, our nurses will come to you. They can offer support, education and assistance with maintenance and monitoring to ensure your levels are within your normal limits and work with you to seek further information and assessment if need be.
Complex Wound Care
From pressure area care, to post surgery dressing changes, as well as ensuring the integrity and stability of a chronic wounds, our nurses are highly trained with years of combined experience in wound care through NSW Health system.
Urinary, Bowel & Continence Care
Our services include all things continence.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Catheter care.
  • Bowel care include enemas, and laxative administration, education and support.
  • Stoma Care.
  • Care Plans.
  • Continence Assessments.
  • Recommendations on discrete and ongoing continence pads.
  • Staff training and education.
Epilepsy Management
Our epilepsy management includes monitoring and reporting seizure activity. Proactive response and management to seizures. RN consultation on and reporting of frequency and seizure type as well a post seizure response, monitoring and injury assessment. We also have 24/7 RNs to administer any medications via injection or orally to assist with providing continuity of care around the clock to participants.
Enteral feeding
We offer medication and meal time support for all our participants with enteral feeding needs. Our RN provides high quality training to our support staff and is there for further investigation should it be required. Our RN is a phone call away for all enteral feeding needs, questions, care plans and training.
We also offer assessment and care plan formulation for anything listed above to ensure our support workers are adequately and regularly trained and assessed to ensure that best practice and the highest standards are always delivered to all our participants with high care needs in the community.
