With a background in nursing and lived experience that shaped her commitment to safety, trust and quality, Madi remains deeply involved in every aspect of the organisation.
She personally oversees participant onboarding, staff development, training pathways, and team matching, ensuring every individual receives support that is tailored, clinically informed and delivered by capable, well‑supported workers.
